Mick Fleetwood knows the Fleming’s menu like his own set list. (After all, he’s been a frequent guest for years.) So it’s no surprise that his exceptionally drinkable wines complement Fleming’s dishes so well. in fact, people enjoyed Mick’s wines so much at our recent vintage Rock Wine Dinner, we’ve experienced an overwhelming demand to offer Mick Fleetwood Private Cellar wines by the glass at every Fleming’s location.

Mick Fleetwood Private Cellar
Cabernet Sauvignon Mendocino
County, 2005
Like his music, Mick Fleetwood’s
wine is easy to love from the first
note, and it offers endless nuances
to discover. From the rich soils
and mountainous topography of
Mendocino County, the grapes for
this beautifully balanced vintage
bring a sparkling deep cherry color,
luscious wild berry flavors, and a
sweet cherry bouquet. hints of
cedar and sandalwood harmonize
with the light caramel aromas and
luscious fruit flavors. Mick likes to
let it breathe a bit in the glass, for
an even fuller experience.

Mick Fleetwood Private Cellar Chardonnay lake County, 2005 As powerful and clean as Fleetwood’s drumming, this Chardonnay takes full advantage of its warm Lake County growing conditions. Some of the grapes were barrel fermented and oak aged, but most spent their time in stainless steel tanks. the result is a plump, full wine, layered with ripe tropical fruit, pears, peaches and apricot, carefully blended to bring out subtle hints of toasty oak— with a finish as long and smooth as a perfect drum solo.

Mick Fleetwood Private Cellar Cabernet and Chardonnay will be available by the glass and bottle at all Fleming’s.
