We adore winter: the lengthening days, the crisp weather, and especially, all that wonderful comfort cuisine. This winter promises to be our most exciting ever. Paul Newman has chosen Fleming’s to host a wine dinner in February debuting his new California Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon. In honor of Mr. Newman, we’re calling it the Premiere Wine Dinner. The dinner will showcase Newman’s Own Wines as well as those of fellow Oscar® winner Francis Ford Coppola. While we’re on the subject of wine, our Director of Wine, Marian Jansen op de Haar, has created the Red-on-Red wine flight to help you experiment with reds and decide which varietal you like best with

your favorite steak. Not to be outdone, Executive Chef Russell Skall has devised a delicious recipe for dressing up leftover steak (assuming you have any). Here’s to a splendid winter!
